Tugu Tirta Greets Residents, Caring & Sharing in the Month Full of Blessings

Kedungkandang (malangkota.go.id) – The Board of Directors of the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Tugu Tirta Drinking Water in Malang City again carried out the Sapa Warga activity, which is an acronym for ready to accommodate customer complaints to the maximum, Tuesday (18/3/2025). The opportunity to go directly to the field was utilized well by the ranks of Perumda Tugu Tirta to socialize and interact with customers. Moreover, currently it is the Holy Month of Ramadan, a month full of blessings.

In addition to greeting customers from house to house, the focus of Tugu Tirta Sapa Warga this time is also visiting customers who are part of the low-income community (MBR).

"We ask directly if there are any service obstacles to the customer's tap. We accommodate all input so that there is always an evaluation and improvement of service without exception," said President Director of Perumda Tugu Tirta Malang City Priyo Sudibyo.

On that occasion, Priyo accompanied by Technical Director M. Fauzan Indrawan and the management team also gave Lebaran gifts to customers. "Today we symbolically handed them over to several points, especially to MBR customers, including in the Ranugrati and Jodipan areas," said Priyo.

This program also received a good response and appreciation from one of the customers, Mrs. Ningsih, who is a resident of Simpang Ranugrati. This middle-aged mother who teaches the Koran every day, said that Tugu Tirta Sapa Warga is a form of excellent service as well as Perumda Tugu Tirta's concern for customers. (say/yn)
