Kedungkandang (malangkota.g.id) – Public services play an important role in the success of governance, so it is necessary to agree that efficient and synergistic services will be able to meet the needs of the community appropriately, quickly and transparently.

This was emphasized by the Mayor of Malang, Wahyu Hidayat, when he was present to inaugurate three flagship programs of Perumda Air Minum Tugu Tirta, Malang City, Tuesday (15/4/2025). The three innovative programs launched were the Tugu Tirta Connect (TTC) application, horizontal upper water meter construction, and a 50% discount promo for the first 111 registrants, a special promo that was present to enliven the 111th Anniversary of Malang City.
The number one person in the Malang City Government revealed that the TTC application that was launched was a strategic step in developing more responsive and technology-based services. In other words, this program is a real step in implementing the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) in the Malang City Government environment, which provides easy access for customers to obtain information, submit complaints, or make service transactions digitally, quickly, and transparently.
"On the other hand, I can assess the launch of these three innovations as a progressive step that is in line with and supports the achievement of the fourth mission of Malang City, namely realizing efficient and synergistic governance and public services," added Wahyu.
Not only as a technical achievement, but this is also the embodiment of the spirit of the Ten Devotion of the Mayor of Malang together with the Deputy Mayor of Malang, namely Ngalam Ngopeni, which is based on the principle of wholehearted service, oriented towards ensuring social protection and increasing welfare for all people in a just manner.
Wahyu also hopes that there will be new initiatives born from regional apparatus and other regional public companies. This is an effort to further improve services to the community. "Therefore, never stop being creative, do not hesitate to transform. The world is changing rapidly, so adaptive and responsive governance is the key to maintaining public trust. The city of Malang that we love must continue to move forward with the spirit of collaboration, innovation, and excellent public service," he explained.
On this occasion, Wahyu invited various parties to make this momentum a reminder that the best service to the community is a noble task as well as a mandate that must always be maintained and improved. "Hopefully all these programs and innovations can provide real benefits to the people of Malang City and further strengthen the position of Perumda Tugu Tirta as the spearhead of public service in the field of clean water," he concluded.
