Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The routine morning assembly of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Malang City Government (Pemkot) which was held in the front yard of Malang City Hall, Monday (21/4/2025) was combined with the presentation of the Malang City Level Village Competition award certificate.
Malang Mayor Wahyu Hidayat, who led the morning assembly, conveyed his congratulations and appreciation to Bunulrejo Village, Blimbing District, which won First Place in the 2025 Malang City Village/Sub-district Competition. With this achievement, Bunulrejo Village was automatically officially appointed to represent Malang City in the 2025 East Java Province Village/Sub-district Competition.
"Bunulrejo Village is already the best, we will continue to polish it to be different from other districts/cities. I am sure we can innovate to be the best, including activities that involve the community, by continuing to coordinate with the side ranks and the upper ranks with the hope that later there will be something different, so that it gets a better assessment," he said.
In addition, in the series of morning roll calls, a number of awards were also presented to the City of Malang from the East Java Provincial Government for its performance achievements throughout 2024. The City of Malang was awarded the East Java Governor's Award Charter as the Best Regency/City I in Organizing the 2024 Kirab Pataka Jer Basuki Mawa Beya. Another award was given to Gadang Village, Sukun District, which came out as the Second Place Winner in the 2024 SiJalinMajataru Patrol Best Village/Sub-district Assessment, a provincial program that prioritizes community synergy in maintaining environmental peace through integrated community-based patrols.
Not only that, Malang City also received an Award as the Best Regency/City I in Organizing Public Order, Security, and Community Protection (Trantibumlinmas) in 2024. This award reflects the commitment of the Malang City Government together with related ranks in realizing a safe, orderly, and conducive city environment for the community.
The number one person in the Malang City Government also invited all ASN and elements of society to make these various achievements as motivation to continue to improve performance, public services, and synergy between sectors for the progress of Malang City. (nya/yn)
