Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Mayor of Malang, Wahyu Hidayat attended the Farewell and Welcome Ceremony of the Commander of the Indonesian Navy Base (Danlanal) Malang at the Malang Naval Base Headquarters Hall, Jl. Yos Sudarso No. 14, Kasin, Klojen District, Malang City, Wednesday (4/6/2025). This farewell and welcome ceremony marked the change of the position of Commander of Lanal Malang from Navy Colonel (P) Hartanto, M.Tr.Hanla., to Navy Colonel (P) Agus Haryanto, SE, M.Tr.Hanla., MM, CTMP.
On behalf of the Malang City Government and the entire Bumi Arema community, the Mayor of Malang on this occasion expressed his sincere gratitude to Colonel Laut (P) Hartanto for his dedication, devotion, and commitment that he has given during his duties. The presence and role of Colonel Hartanto have contributed a lot, especially in strengthening the synergy between Lanal Malang and the Malang City Government in supporting various development programs.
"Congratulations on your new assignment. Hopefully all the experiences and learnings during your assignment in Malang City can be valuable provisions for carrying out your mandate in your new place, and bring success in the future. Hopefully the friendship and communication that have been well established so far will also be well maintained throughout the future," said Wahyu praying.
Meanwhile, to Navy Colonel (P) Agus Haryanto, the number one person in the Malang City Government, he welcomed him to Malang City.
"We hope that the synergy and coordination that has been built well can continue to be maintained, even improved in a better direction. We also believe that cross-sector cooperation between Lanal Malang and the Malang City Government will continue to be strengthened. So it is not only limited to the TNI AL environment, but also supports various aspects of development in Malang City," explained Wahyu.
He also invited Danlanal Malang and his staff to continue to join hands in building society, the nation, and the state towards prosperity based on economic independence, improving the quality of human resources, and a peaceful, just, and conducive life. (say/yn)
