Carrying out public relations and reporting for the Regional Government

- Preparation and implementation of strategic plans, annual work plans and implementation of activities in the field of public relations.
- Collection of materials and delivery of Regional Government news.
- Preparation and provision of the Mayor and Deputy Mayor's speech script.
- Preparation of materials for consideration of Regional Head policies based on proposals, criticisms, suggestions and opinions from the community and/or community organizations.
- Implementation of code and telecommunication services in the Regional Government environment.
- Implementation of inventory and documentation of activities of the Regional Head and Regional Secretary as well as management and development of the official library.
- Implementation of functional relations with information and communication service organizational units within the Regional Government.
- Evaluation and reporting of the implementation of tasks and functions.
- Implementation of other tasks assigned by the Regional Secretary in accordance with his/her field of duties and functions through the Government Administration Assistant.

- Preparation and arrangement of the implementation of all events carried out by the Regional Head;
- Preparation and arrangement for receiving guests of the Regional Government who are entitled to receive protocol services;
- Provision of facilities and infrastructure for official meetings, roll calls and ceremonies within the Regional Secretariat and activities of the Regional Head;
- Implementation of maintenance of Office Buildings and gardens in the Regional Secretariat and Regional Official Residence areas;

" Main tasks
The Government Section has the main task and obligation to implement the preparation of guidelines and technical instructions for the implementation of general government and Regional Autonomy as well as Sub-district and Urban Village Government.
" Function
- Preparation and implementation of the Strategic Plan and Work Plan of the Government Section as material for the preparation and implementation of the Regional Secretariat Strategic Plan;
- Collection of materials for the formulation and preparation of guidelines for the implementation of general governance and implementation of Regional Autonomy;
- Collection of materials for the formulation and preparation of guidelines and technical instructions for the implementation of sub-district and village government;
- Organizing coaching, socialization, guidance, consultation, supervision, coordination, monitoring, evaluation and supervision of sub-district and village government affairs;
- Collection of materials for formulating policies on relations between Regional Governments and the Government, with Provincial Governments and cooperative relations between Regional Governments;
- Collecting materials for the formulation and preparation of the determination of the delegation of part of the Mayor's authority to Sub-district Heads and Village Heads;
- Preparation of proposal materials for filling positions to the Sub-district and Village Governments;
- Collection of materials for compiling the Regional Government Administration Report (LPPD), Information on Government Administration Report (ILPPD) and the Mayor's Accountability Statement Report (LKPJ);
- Collection of materials for formulating the formation, elimination, division/expansion and merger of Sub-district and Urban Village Governments;
- Implementation of coaching and development as well as improving the quality of performance of Sub-district and Urban Village Government Apparatus Resources;
- Implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM);
- Preparation of materials for the Regional Secretariat's Public Service Standards (SPP) and Implementation of the Regional Secretariat's Public Service Standards (SPP);
- Implementation of facilitation of Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) measurement and/or implementation of periodic customer opinion collection aimed at improving service quality;
- Management of public complaints in the field of government and regional autonomy;
- Submission of development results data and other information related to public services periodically via the Regional Government website;
- Empowerment and development of functional positions;
- Library and archival management;
- Implementation of evaluation and reporting on the implementation of main tasks, obligations and functions;
