Based on the objectives that have been set, the development targets for Malang City for 2024-2026 are outlined, which are formulated in a measurable, specific, easily achievable, rational manner, and can be implemented within the next 3 (three) years as follows:

1. Realizing Quality Human Resources and
   Competitive;
   To achieve this goal, the targets that must be
   must be realized as follows:
   1) Increasing the number of educated and character-based communities;
   2) Improving the Quality of Public Health;
   3) Increasing Community Competitiveness.
2. Increasing equitable and sustainable economic growth;
   To achieve this goal, the targets that must be achieved are as follows:
   1) Increasing Creative Economic Growth;
   2) Increasing the Potential for Regional Original Income;
   3) Increasing the Equity of Integrated City Infrastructure and Facilities Development;
   4) Increasing the Development of Environmental Quality, Disaster Resilience and Climate Change.
3. Realizing Welfare and Social Harmony Based on Diversity;
   To achieve this goal, the targets that must be achieved are as follows:
   1) Increasing the Quality of Social Protection and Resilience
   Buy the Community;
   2) Increasing Empowerment of Community Environmental Stability and
4. Realizing the Transformation of Public Services that are Legal, Professional and Accountable.
   To achieve this goal, the targets that must be achieved are as follows:
   1) Increased enforcement of regional regulations and legal order;
   2) Increasing Clean Governance,
   Effective and Efficient;
   3) Improving the Quality of ASN Management Meritocracy;
   4) Increasing Electronic-Based Governance.
